Following the opening of a new social media account, INFINITE announced the establishment of a new agency called INFINITE Company where the leader of the group, Kim Sung Kyu is registered as its CEO.

Kim Sung Kyu is said to have bought the trademarks related to INFINITE from Woollim. Each INFINITE member has a different agency, but when they will do group activities, INFINITE Company will manage them. 

With the establishment of INFINITE Company, INFINITE is preparing to become more active as a group. Members who have been focused on career solo has now returned to meet INSPIRIT as a full team on 9th of August.
