SEOUL, Nov. 2 (Yonhap) -- Im Hyun-sik and Yook Sung-jae, two members of boy band BTOB, will be discharged this month, their management agency said Monday.
"Lim Hyun-sik and Yook Sung-jae, who began their mandatory military service last year, will take their last military leave and be discharged from the army on November 14 due to the Ministry of National Defense's unreturned discharge policy to prevent the spread of COVID-19," Cube Entertainment said.
"We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the fans who have waited for a long time," Cube Entertainment added. "We ask for your support and attention to the singers' activities after they are discharged from the military."
BTOB debuted in 2012 with its album "Insane" and gained popularity after releasing songs like "Missing You" as well as "Only one for me." Lim Hyun-sik and Yook Sung-jae joined the military last May.
