SEOUL, Feb. 3(Yonhap) – S. Korean singer Jamie(real name Park Ji-min) will release an English digital single “Pity Party” on Feb. 3, according to Warner Music Korea.
“Pity Party” is a song that depicts a story of enjoying her own party without being obsessed with the past after breaking up with a lover. Jamie’s dreamy mood expresses her development after overcoming the love failure.
It is her first album in about 5 months since “No Numbers,” which was released in September, 2021.
Jamie made herself known through SBS’ audition program “K-pop Star” in 2012. The singer made a debut as a duo 15& with Baek Ye-rin that year in October and started performing as a solo artist since 2015.
