SEOUL, October 26 (Yonhap) -- Sunye from Wonder Girls will be in the creative musical "Ruth," the production company announced on Wednesday.
 
The musical "Ruth," which will be held at the BBCH Hall of the Gwanglim Art Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, from March 5 next year, is a creative premiere musical based on the book "Ruth" in the Old Testament.
 
Ruth, the main character, depicts a lifetime of overcoming the conflicts and hardships of life through love. Sunye will perform in her first musical as the main character, "Ruth."
 
Sun-ye, who debuted as a member of Wonder Girls, has been continuing her activities by releasing her first solo album "Genuine" in July after returning from tvN's entertainment show "Mama the Idol" last year.
