SEOUL, Dec. 17 (Yonhap) -- K-pop singers Gain and Jo Kwon will release a newly recorded duet, “We Fell in Love (2025),” on Wednesday in collaboration with the film “Even If This Love Disappears from the World Tonight,” Toontudio and Bypoem Studio said.
The original “We Fell in Love” was released in 2009 after the two appeared together on MBC’s virtual marriage reality show “We Got Married Season 2,” gaining popularity for its candid lyrics about love.
The singers rerecorded the song 16 years later to mark the release of “Even If This Love Disappears from the World Tonight,” starring Choo Young-woo and Cynthia.
The film tells the love story of a high school girl suffering from anterograde amnesia and an ordinary boy.
