Solbi to hold exhibition 'Humming' at Paris Koh Fine Arts

SEOUL, May 4 (Yonhap) -- Singer and painter Solbi (Kwon Ji-an) will be holding her eight solo exhibition "Systemized Language: Humming" at Paris Koh Fine Arts, New Jersey, USA from the 5th to the 28 of May (local time) announced M.A.P Crew, Solbi's agency on the 4th.

This exhibition was prepared by the invitation of Paris Koh Fine Arts. Her agency conveyed that they have suggested an exhibition after they saw Solbi's work at the Barcelona Art Fair last year.

Solbi, through the theme "Humming" shows the verbal violence that could ruin other people's lives. Mean comments and cyber bullying in the cyber world has been reinterpreted in her own way of expression.

"While working for this exhibition, I got many chances to interact with various artists in New York, and it helped me gain energy and inspiration," said Solbi. "I want to communicate with many people around the world beyond language."
