SEOUL, Nov. 9 (Yonhap) -- Goheung Yuja Seoglyu Festival will be held from Nov. 10 to 13 at Handong, South Jeolla province.

Various events and sales of Goheung's main specialities citrus and pomegranate are prepared.

Goheung county said to concentrate all their length for the safety management.

They held safety management briefing session on Tuesday at the festival area to precheck risk factors.

They will prepare measures to place extra securities at expected crowded place or time and secure human traffic.

City governor Gong Young-min said, "We will consider recent tragedy as the lesson to hold the festival with the safety as the top priority."
