SEOUL, July 26 (Yonhap) -- South Korean actress Soo Ae has donated 100 million won to aid the underprivileged.
Actress Soo Ae delivered 100 million won to support the underprivileged who are suffering from the novel coronavirus, according to Good Neighbors, a global NGO specializing in promoting children's rights, on Monday.
The donations will be used for scholarships and living expenses for underserved children and their families, as well as coronavirus prevention kits.
Soo Ae had also made steady donations last year, donating 50 million won each to help overcome the coronavirus and support the elderly living alone in Korea.
Meanwhile, Soo Ae will visit the small screen in the second half of this year, starring in the JTBC drama "Sabotage City."
