New copepod species found off Dokdo

This combined photo, released by the Honam National Institute of Biological Resources on Oct. 23, 2025, shows two new copepod species, not found anywhere else in the world, that the institute's researchers have discovered in waters off the easternmost South Korean islets of Dokdo.
