It’s felt like the clock on North Korea’s denuclearization has gone back this week. The country has reportedly resumed its key Yongbyon nuclear reactor capable of making weapons-grade plutonium. The claim came initially from the International Atomic Energy Agency and was later verified by 38 North. But what do we actually know so far and what does it all mean?
