ASEAN+3 financial forum
Kouqing Li, head of the Singapore-based ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO), delivers a speech at the ASEAN+3 Economic Cooperation and Financial Stability Forum in Seoul on Dec. 16, 2024.
