7 people aboard capsized boat found in cardiac arrest
The Korea Coast Guard (KCG) moves a crew member rescued from a capsized fishing boat at Gampo Port in Gyeongju, about 270 kilometers southeast of Seoul, on Dec. 9, 2024. The 29-ton fishing boat Geumgwang, carrying eight crew members, collided with a cargo ship and capsized in waters near Gyeongju at 5:43 a.m. Seven of the crew members were found in a state of cardiac arrest.
