STX Heavy Industries to sell shares to raise capital

SEOUL, July 31 (Yonhap) -- STX Heavy Industries Co.on Monday announced that it will sell stock to raise capital.

According to a regulatory filing, the company will issue some 5.36 million common shares at a price of 7,871 won (US$6.17) per share. The stock will be sold to the investors that the firm designated.
