South Korea's presidential election may be on March 9, but early voting is already underway. Based on early indicators, we could be set for a record turnout. Among the first voters were President Moon Jae-in and the candidates to succeed him. They were all keen to stress the importance of ensuring people vote, including those affected by COVID-19 as infections soar.
