From Joseon treasures to modern masterpieces, the art being given away by Samsung’s Lee family

This week we’ve been learning more about a vast collection of treasures held by the family of late Samsung Group chief Lee Kun-hee. They’re paying more than 12 trillion won, or over US$10 billion, in inheritance taxes following Lee’s passing late last year – as well as donating a trillion won for medical purposes and giving away thousands of art treasures.
