It was a sight that would be more familiar in a historical drama – Korean officials gathered to discuss state affairs all dressed up in traditional clothing, or hanbok. But this was very much a 21st century affair, with President Moon Jae-in and his ministers wearing their attire at a Cabinet meeting earlier today in honor of the ‘Week of Autumn Hanbok Culture’ – aimed at promoting this much-loved choice of clothing.
