World zeroes in on back of Kim Jong-un’s head

The world’s obsession with Kim Jong-un’s health continues, with media reports this week focusing on the back of the North Korean leader’s head! State media images taken from events in late July show Kim with and without a bandage. The ones with look like the bandage could be covering up a wound from an injury or perhaps stitches after surgery. The ones without reveal a dark patch on the back of his head. How seriously should we be taking this?
