On March 25, North Korea fired two short-range ballistic missiles into the East Sea.
According to the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), the missles flew about 450km with an altitude of 60km after being launched from the eastern South Hamgyong Province.
But where was Kim Jong-un?
