BTS & IZ*ONE’s “Universe” introduces K-pop fans to “Metaverse”

NCsoft, another South Korean game developer, recently announced they will launch a new K-pop platform, "UNIVERSE" following huge success of "Weverse."
The platform is expected to allow K-pop fans worldwide to join fan communities and enjoy original content, and IZ*ONE and Monsta X are set to join the platform early next year.

Korea's game market exports are 11 times more than K-pop exports.
And this means collaborating the Korean game market and the K-pop market will bring synergy to both fields.
