Jongmyo's spirit tablets 'Sinjus' relocated for the first time in 151 years

Sinjus, one of the most important and well preserved historical remains, have been relocated for the first time in 151 years. With the pavilion in which the tablets were enshrined undergoing renovation, 49 Sinjus have been moved from the Jongmyo Shrine to the neighboring Chandeokgung Palace.
