SEOUL, July 31 (Yonhap) — K-pop boy group Tomorrow X Together (TXT) will release a new digital single, "SSS," in Japan on Jan. 26, its agency BigHit Music said Wednesday.
The track is a new version of a song of the same name included in the group’s third full-length Japanese album released last October, featuring HYDE, a member of the renowned Japanese rock band L’Arc~en~Ciel.
"SSS" depicts secret signals of love exchanged while evading others’ gaze, likened to escaping laser traps in a spy film. HYDE wrote and composed the song and also participated as a vocalist in the newly released version.
TXT shared news of the release directly with fans at the Japanese music festival "Countdown Japan 25/26" held the previous day.
The group will continue its Japanese dome tour with concerts in Tokyo on Jan. 21–22, followed by shows in Osaka on Feb. 7–8.
