Alaska pollock are hung on wooden frames to dry in Yongdae Village in Inje, about 165 kilometers northeast of Seoul. Dried pollack, called "hwangtae" in Korean, are a time-honored favorite food of Koreans and usually sold in March after months of drying in cold weather. (Yonhap)
