SEOUL, Aug. 26 (Yonhap) -- The new romance drama "Last Summer," starring Lee Jae-wook and Choi Sung-eun, will premiere in November, broadcaster KBS said Monday.
The series follows the story of Baek Do-ha, who moved to the United States after his parents' divorce but spends his summer vacations in Korea with his father and twin brother, and Song Ha-kyung, the daughter of his father's friend and next-door neighbor. Their summers together blossom into romance, leading to revelations about first love in adulthood.
Lee will play both Baek Do-ha, a talented architect, and his mysterious twin brother Baek Do-young, taking on his first dual role. Choi will portray Song Ha-kyung, a government employee in the architecture field.
The drama will be directed by Min Yeon-hong, known for "Royal Loader," "Missing: The Other Side" and "Insider," with the script written by Jeon Yoo-ri, who penned "Kiss Sixth Sense" and "Radio Romance."
