Workers hang Alaskan pollack out on wooden frames in a village in Inje, about 165 kilometers northeast of Seoul, on Dec. 15, 2022. A favorite traditional food of Koreans, dried pollack, called "hwangtae" in Korean, is usually released in March after months of freezing and thawing in cold weather. (Yonhap)
