
Mourning for train accident victims
Employment and Labor Minister Kim Young-hoon bows at a funeral hall in Cheongdo, North Gyeongsang Province, southeastern South Korea, on Aug. 19, 2025, as he mourns for workers who died in a train accident in which a Mugunghwa train hit seven workers inspecting structures on a slope near the tracks of the Seoul-Busan railway. The accident left two workers dead and four others seriously hurt, with the remaining one worker sustaining light injuries. (Yonhap)
